The Materials Fee is a one-time, new member fee to cover the cost of educational program manuals. The first manuals that you will receive as a new member are the Competent Communicator manual (with 10 projects to work through toward your Competent Communicator certification) and the Competent Leader manual, also with 10 projects toward your Competent Leader certification.   The International Dues are your membership dues for Toastmasters International. International dues are paid on a six-month cycle.   The Club Dues are the membership dues for ACTM. You can join multiple clubs, but for each club you join, you will need to pay the club fee to that club.   The Club Fee is a one-time, new member processing fee.   Payment in US funds may be made by cash or check (payable to Advance & Conquer Toastmasters Club) for the Club Dues/Fee, Materials Fee and International Dues. Additionally, you can pay the Materials Fee and International Dues by credit card.
